Furthermore we also ensure that implantation tools are developed for maximum compliance and operating responsible operations by teams who act as environmental stewards.

- There is allocation of sufficient personnel and other resources to meet objectives and targets;
- Implementation procedures are developed to stipulate equipment and personnel requirements;
- Compliance roles and responsibilities of environmental protection personnel are clearly defined as a comprehensive part of the performance management system; and
- Accountability for achieving and maintaining compliance is set for any delegated environmental roles.
